The arm's length benchmarking is very important for transfer pricing in Turkey. Turkish tax authority accepts advance pricing agreements (APA). Applications for APAs are made free of charge.
The methods used for TP must be reported in the annex attached to the corporate tax return. Only some part of the taxpayers must prepare a TP report annualy.
